FREE

Online quick sessions are tight, light, and live curated programs designed to keep us connected, stimulated, and excited in these challenging times.

TUNE IN

How do we reduce gun violence?, That is a question that confronts us every day, even as we deal with another ferocious epidemic, COVID-19. Join #UNLOAD as we host conversations with artists, activists, curators, and those who have engaged with gun rights supporters to find out how we can collectively make change happen. #UNLOAD believes that we can find the consensus to change our laws by using the arts to grow the coalition of active supporters. #UNLOAD leverages the power of the arts to create transformative encounters that will plant the seeds of change and inspire this broad new coalition to act for the common good.

April 29: Wadsworth Atheneum Museum of Art, Join us for talks with Brandy Culp, Richard Koopman Curator of American Decorative Arts, for a conversation that looks at firearms as loaded objects that illuminate history, violence, and the power of art and design to promote social change. 1:30-2:00
