Her paintings and dolls\, “soft sculptures”\, celebrate her family and ancestors. We’ll talk to her about her 2019 painting of Stage Coach Mary(1832-1914)\, the country’s first African American mail carrier\, and a daring\, hard drinking\, gun-toting pioneer. \n
